Something we all should know about Habits
We all make certain resolutions like getting that perfect body, quitting smoking, learning a new skill, or solving a new hackerrank problem every day.
Let’s take going to the gym, for example, initially, we feel really motivated to go but after 2–3 days, we just don’t feel like getting out of bed and eventually fail.
Playing guitar will be developed as a skill after you have put in consistent efforts for a long amount of time.
But being consistent in a long run requires you to develop a certain habit that lets you pick up the guitar, sit comfortably and practice again and again until you become better every day and eventually master it as a skill.
Habits are the entry point to something and not the end.
